Deborah H. Bae

Deborah Bae joined the Foundation in 2005 and is interested in discovering and exploring innovative ideas, novel approaches, and new ways of thinking and then sharing the learnings both within the Foundation and beyond. Her areas of interest include finding innovative health solutions from around the world to improve healthcare in the United States and the role of design in improving health outcomes.

Previously, Deborah worked in the N.Y.C. Department of Health Bureau of Informatics and Data Services, helping to implement an electronic disease reporting system for all New York City hospitals and laboratories. She also was a microbiology laboratory research assistant at the University of Pennsylvania.

Deborah received her MPA and MBA from New York University and her BA from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. Born in Philadelphia, she currently resides in New Jersey.
